Abstract

|
|
Technology trend of thermography systems is reviewed together with the introduction of infrared technologies. Recent developments of infrared detector technologies including 2-dimensional bolometer arrays, 2-dimensional MCT arrays, and many kinds of detector cooling methods are introduced. I hermography, or infrared imaging techniques are also presented with brief explanations of optical scanning techniques.
